CASK 
On 6th June 2024, the CASK Centenary Trust organized a Personality Development Programme at Capitanio Composite PU College. The programme was attended by 120 students from the 11th Standard, and it aimed to enhance their communication skills and overall personality development.
The sessions covered several important topics:
- Strengthening English Language Skills – Patsy Lobo emphasized the importance of improving English language abilities.
- Communication Skills Using English – Ms. Vidya Shenoy conducted a session on how to effectively communicate in English.
- Career Guidance and Soft Skills – Dr. Derek Lobo guided students on career planning and introduced seven key soft skills essential for personal and professional growth.
In addition to the informative sessions, practical activities were held to help students develop team-building skills and practice English conversations. Each participant received a CASK folder containing training materials, and they were also awarded certificates of participation.
The CASK Trust expressed gratitude to the Principal, Sr. Harriet, and Mrs. Anita Frank for their support in organizing the event successfully.
The resource persons for the event were Patsy Lobo and Vidya Shenoy, who led the sessions and engaged with the students throughout the programme.
